If you email us, we receive the information you choose to provide. This may include your name, email address, organisation, the contents of your message and later correspondence.
When the website is delivered, hosting infrastructure may process limited technical information such as an IP address, request time, requested page, browser or device information, and security logs. This supports delivery and security of the site; Baselane does not use it for behavioural tracking or advertising.
Why we use personal information
We use personal information to respond to enquiries, understand whether and how we may be able to help, take requested steps before a possible engagement, administer working relationships, maintain business records and meet legal obligations.
You do not have to contact us. If you do not provide enough information, we may be unable to respond to or assess your enquiry.

We use Replit to host this website and Google Workspace to provide our business email. These providers may process limited personal information on our behalf where necessary to provide their services.
Some processing by these providers may take place outside the UK, including in the United States. Where UK data protection law requires safeguards for an international transfer, we rely on the safeguards made available under the relevant provider's data-processing terms. We do not sell personal information.
How long we keep information
We keep personal information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the enquiry or working relationship, to maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes and meet legal, accounting or reporting requirements.
